THE WEBSITE

The Camargue website redesign enhances the user experience by prioritising the mobile purchase journey with features that engage shoppers and support membership integration. A mobile-first approach ensures seamless navigation and an intuitive shopping experience, while tailored desktop features enhance functionality. Inspired by Camargue’s gallery-like aesthetic, the framed, boxy layout highlights designers’ work and maintains the brand’s bold yet understated presence. Neutral hero colors and a prominently featured logo unify the visual identity, reflecting Camargue’s role in curating and showcasing luxury fashion.

THE MOTIF

The brand motif pays homage to the rich heritage of Camargue, symbolized by the iconic Camargue Cross from the French region. Drawing inspiration from the original cross crafted in 1926, the motif has been reimagined for 2024, commemorating Brisbane’s boutique origin since 1978.

VISUAL STORYTELLING

A key focus of the rebrand was unifying visual storytelling across all video content, instagram stories, and ad campaigns. The imagery and Camargue’s distinctive, quirky brand voice played an important role in shaping the design direction. The goal was to create a ‘window into the fashion world.’ This was brought to life through engaging videos, curated fashion edits aligned with new campaigns, and innovative uses of ghost imagery to showcase fresh looks, highlight new arrivals, and feature prominent brands.

EMAIL MARKETING

As part of the rebrand, a versatile range of email templates were created to meet the brand's diverse needs, including new arrivals eDMs, brand features, "The Edit" highlights, staff styling, abandoned cart reminders, sales promotions, and other automated emails. These templates prioritize striking campaign visuals and ghost product imagery, offering a clean and sophisticated design that serves as a window into the world of fashion.
